Find UK Jobs with Visa Sponsorship
Apply for verified student, graduate and experienced hire jobs with visa sponsorship in the UK.
What is a UK sponsor licence?
A sponsor licence is permission granted by the UK Home Office to an employer, allowing them to hire workers from outside the UK on certain visa routes. Organisations must meet strict compliance requirements to hold and maintain their licence.
How to use this directory
Use the search bar to find companies by name, or filter by city, county, visa route type, or sponsor rating. This helps identify employers authorised to sponsor your UK work visa.
Visa routes explained
The most common route is the Skilled Worker visa, which replaced the former Tier 2 (General) visa. Other routes include Global Business Mobility for multinational staff transfers, Seasonal Worker, and Creative Worker visas.
Sponsor ratings
Sponsors are rated A or B. An A rating means the organisation has passed all compliance checks. A{" "} B rating means the sponsor has breached duties and is on an action plan. Only A-rated sponsors can assign new certificates of sponsorship.
