Most insight programmes, internships and placements do not offer visa sponsorship. Then why do UK Visa Jobs still post those jobs?

It is because:

1. We have a strong database of employers who provide visa sponsorship for internships and placements. Some internships and placements actually provide visa sponsorship for candidates both in and outside the UK. In these cases, you will see a "Sponsorship Highly Likely" tag next to those jobs. If you are outside the UK, you can simply use the "Suitable for Applicants Based Outside the UK" filter to navigate those jobs.
2. Although some insight programmes, internships and placements do not immidiately sponsor visas. Once you complete those programmes with your Student or Graduate visa, companies often offer full-time jobs based on your performance, and visa sponsorship will be possible at that stage. That's why we only post internships, placements, and insight programmes from visa-sponsoring employers, making sponsorship on the Skilled Worker visa possible in the future.
3. Internships and placements can be an essential stepping stone for full-time employment if you do not have work experience.
