Before answering this, it is important to mention that there are employers who CAN sponsor, and there are employers who are WILLING to sponsor.

👉 Employers who can sponsor are generally the ones who hold a visa sponsorship license. Here are the two ways of finding those companies:

You can find the list of employers on the Home Office sponsorship license registry. You will need to download an Excel spreadsheet every time you want to use it and search through a massive list of data.

Alternatively, you can use the UK Visa Jobs sponsorship license holder tracker. It is the same data, much simpler to use and navigate, and no download is needed.

👉 Regarding the employers who are willing to sponsor, we have analysed the historic sponsorship (COS issuance) data and identified some employers who regularly hire foreign nationals and sponsor visas. The directory of those employers can be found on our companies page.
